Ask Cenara a question
Ask about your accounts and get help deciding what to do next.
Use Cenara’s chat to ask questions about your connected account information.
Ask a specific question
Name the account and say what you need. For example:
- “What should I know before my next call with Northstar?”
- “Summarize the main risks for this account.”
- “Help me write a follow-up about the next steps.”
A specific request gives Cenara a clearer task than a broad question such as “What’s happening?”
Give the question a clear scope
Say whether you need a summary, help understanding a concern, or a draft message. Include the account name and the topic you want to discuss. If a reply is too broad, ask a narrower follow-up about the part you need.
For example, after asking for the main risks, you could ask: “Which of these concerns should I address on the next call?” Review the answer against the account context before deciding what to do.
Check the answer
Answers depend on the information Cenara can access. If an answer seems incomplete, check whether the relevant source is connected and whether the information exists there.
- Check that the answer refers to the intended account.
- Compare important details with the original conversation or record.
- If context is missing, name the information you expected and check the relevant connection.
